SB Nation put together a pretty interesting ranking of college football program values taking into account several things including revenue, attendance, success, and much more.

ACC Vs. Big East? Not Time To Panic, Folks.

Lost somewhat in all of the Big 12-SEC bowl game madness is that the ACC and Big East may eventually work on a similar deal:

But the spawning of conference-king matchups could grow even further, as a source told ESPN's Joe Schad the Big East would be open to a champion challenge bowl with the ACC.

If discussions progressed, would that be a good idea for the ACC? In a nutshell, probably not. But guess what - it might not matter all that much, anyway.

Pitt's Athletic Director Steve Pederson Comments On ACC Situation

We've been talking about Pitt's ACC situation ever since the Big 12-SEC game was announced. But now, someone else spoke on the situation - Pitt's Athletic Director Steve Pederson.

Not only at games at Heinz Field, but in bowl games. I was even at a West Virginia-Temple game back in the original days of the Owls being in the Big East when Mountaineers fans went in droves to Philly.

With them out of the league, though, the answer's not so simple.

Q&A; With Pitt's Lucas Nix

SB Nation's Oakland Raiders blog, Silver and Black Pride, has a Q&A; up with recent undrafted free agent, Lucas Nix. He answered some questions after a practice as part of the Raiders' rookie mini camp.

Nix, was expected to be taken in the draft, but that didn't happen. Naturally he was asked about it, but didn't give away much in his response.
