The weekly SB Nation Big East Power Rankings are out and it's no surprise that Pitt is still No. 1. But how does the rest of the conference shape out?

For starters, here was my ballot:

1. Pittsburgh
2. Notre Dame
3. Georgetown
4. Villanova
5. Syracuse
6. Louisville
7. UConn
8. West Virginia
9. Cincinnati
10. St. John's
11. Marquette
12. Rutgers
13. Providence
14. Seton Hall
15. South Florida
16. DePaul

Nothing particularly interesting to note, but I have Villanova ranked the lowest at fourth. Sorry, but that 15-point beatdown at the hands of Providence a couple of weeks back is still a head-scratcher. Plus, Nova just lost at home to Georgetown, so I find it hard to believe that some actually voted them above the Hoyas.

Georgetown has won six in a row including that win over Nova and they also beat Providence - something the Wildcats couldn't do.

Villanova may very well be the second best (or even the best) team in the league. But ranking them above Georgetown based on what we've seen so far makes little sense.
