Everyone seems to be looking ahead to Pitt's game against Duke on Big Monday, but before the Panthers get there, they've got a rematch with Maryland this weekend.
As I wrote in the preview on Friday, the Terrapins could give the Panthers a good test here for a variety of reasons. They're at home, they need a big win, Pitt could be caught looking ahead - just a lot of things, really. I like Pitt here, but wouldn't be surprised at all if it were a very close game.
Maryland shot below average the first time around (36%) while Pitt did a bit better than average (53%). I'd be surprised if the Terps shot just as bad at home and the game should be much closer with them in their own building.
