Poll of the Week: Which freshman not named Jordan Whitehead will have the biggest impact for Pitt football in 2015?

Which freshmen at Pitt will shed the redshirt and put in some quality minutes for the Panthers this fall?

Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

It's late summer and once football camp begins (which it has), everyone loves the updates. They like to see who is improving. They want to know whether the stars look the same or even better.  They love to see the new coaching staff, which seems to be an almost annual occurrence on the South Side for Pitt.  One of the biggest things, that is almost an unknown though, is which freshmen will contribute right away in the fall and not redshirt.

This fall is no different and of course there's been lots of talk about first-year players making an impact.  If anyone doesn't expect Jordan Whitehead to contribute right away, they aren't paying attention. There are plenty of candidates and according to Jerry DiPaola (of the Trib) and Sam Werner (of the PG), a few other names keep coming up after each practice session.

The names most mentioned, besides Whitehead, seem to be Darrin Hall, Anthony McKee, Quadree Henderson, Tre Tipton, and Saleem Brightwell.  This doesn't mean the list ends there, but if you follow these writers and scan Twitter enough, they are the ones that keep coming up.

Most of us expect Whitehead to play a fairly big role, but other than him, who will have the most impact among them? To avoid making this a lopsided poll, we left Whitehead's name out of the discussion. Vote below and let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
