Phil Steele Names All-American Teams - Pitt Provides Only Big East Representation

I took a look at Phil Steele's All-Big East teams earlier this week, but now he has his All-American teams out. The bad news is that the Big East wasn't represented very much. The good news? Both Big East reps were Panthers.

No Big East player made Steele's top two teams, but he did place offensive lineman Chris Jacobson on the third team and converted linebacker Brandon Lindsey on the fourth team. Looks like Steele isn't too sold on Pitt's new high octane offense. I'm on record for saying I think Ray Graham could have a pretty big season, and I'd consider him to have a fair chance at 3rd or 4th team since he should get plenty of touches in the offense.

Other than that, though, I think Steele was probably right to leave other Panthers off, though. I just don't see any other potential All-Americans on the roster this season.
