Later today, Pitt football will take on the Akron Zips in the team's second game of the season. Tyler Boyd and Rori Blair return from suspension and the Panthers hope to have a few other players back from injury as well.
The big news, of course, is that Pitt will be without star running back James Conner, who was diagnosed with an MCL tear earlier in the week.
