Pitt vs. Duke: Open Gamethread

Mark Dolejs-USA TODAY Sports

Pitt couldn't hold a second-half lead and faded down the stretch against Louisville this week. The Panthers' toughest remaining test of the season comes today in a home game against Duke.

Pitt may get a chance for a statement win in the ACC Tournament, but today's game against the Blue Devils gives them their final one of the regular season.

It's also the final home game of the year, so Pitt will formally say 'Adios' to its collection of seniors, including four-year staple James Robinson. I expect him to come out and aim for a big game so we'll see if the shots are going his way. I don't know that it means he'll be looking to score a lot and there's no doubt that a win would mean more to him than filling the box score.

Game time at 2:00 p.m. - comment here live during the game. JD will work the game for us and is down at the Pete. You can look for his recap following the contest.
