NFL Playoffs: Panthers Showing Up On Rosters

I was a bit curious about the number of Pitt players that will be in the NFL Playoffs this year. This is the product of A: Too much time on my hands, B. Needing something to do during the basketball game, and C: Sick of the Mike Haywood stuff.

Anyway, here's the rundown. Quick, can you name the seven Panthers in the playoffs (without looking it up)?

Star-divide

In all, there are seven former players suiting up on six of the twelve teams in the NFL postseason. Pretty cool that half of them are playing really key roles as well.

New York Jets - cornerback Darrelle Revis

Indianapolis Colts - linebacker Clint Session

Baltimore Ravens - quarterback Joe Flacco (Shut up, I'm claiming him)

Kansas City Chiefs - quarterback Tyler Palko

Seattle Seahawks - cornerback Kennard Cox

Philadelphia Eagles - running back Lesean McCoy, guard Mike McGlynn

If the 49ers weren't so awful, they could have added four more to this list (tight end Nate Byham, punter Andy Lee, linebacker Scott McKillop, and CB Shawntae Spencer).

So now the question is, who's got the best shot at getting a ring?

Awesome..

Good for them, representing Pitt well… Haha, I always claim Flacco as well.
I would be interested in knowing the top 5 or 10 colleges that have produced the most players in the Playoffs this year.. Any chance you all have that?

No, sorry -

But www.pro-football-reference.com has list of how many players from colleges are in the NFL.

Who do you think has the best shot?

Being an Eagles fan I gotta say McCoy and McGlynn.

Good question

Not sure - out of those teams, I might say the Eagles only because they probably have an easier path than those AFC teams having to go up against each other, the Steelers, and Pats.
