PrintThe Big East football schedules were finally released today. We knew Pitt had eight home dates, but here are the dates for each of those games.
Pitt's schedule for 2011:
Sept. 3 - Buffalo
Sept. 10 - Maine
Sept. 17 - @ Iowa
Sept. 24 - Notre Dame (ABC/ESPN/ESPN2)
Sept. 29 (Thursday) - South Florida (ESPN) at 8:00 p.m.
Oct. 8 - @ Rutgers
Oct. 15 - Utah
Oct. 26 (Wednesday) - Connecticut (ESPN) at 8:00 p.m.
Nov. 5 - Cincinnati
Nov. 12 - @ Louisville
Nov. 25 (Friday) - @ West Virginia (ABC/ESPN/ESPN2)
Dec. 3 - Syracuse
I'm not going to analyze this a lot right now, but I will have a feature up over at SB Nation Pittsburgh next week breaking down the schedule (which is pretty favorable). Todd Graham is set up for a pretty decent season.
