Pitt - Syracuse game time, TV announced

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

We're still more than a week away from the Pitt-Syracuse game, but the details for the contest have been released this week.

The Panthers will have another noon kickoff as they make their way north to face the Orange on October 24th. If you're not making the trip up, you can see the game on ESPNU. You can also catch the game on WatchESPN. After playing some early night games against Akron and Iowa, this will mark the fourth consecutive game that Pitt has played at noon or 12:30 p.m.

The same disclaimer I've made the past exists here - it's generally best to play road games earlier in the day. The Syracuse crowd doesn't have the same reputation as those of some of the other teams the Panthers have faced on the road this year, but I'd almost always play a road game early in the day when you have a better chance for a light crowd that hasn't had a ton of time to get pumped up.
