The New Jersey Star Ledger put together a pretty interesting list - an All-time Big East football team. The list comes out because the league is coming up on 20 years - hard to believe it's been that long, actually.

At any rate, the list is pretty solid in my opinion - though there are obviously some spots you could argue. Pitt ended up with three players on the list - want to take a guess at naming them?

The three Panthers are Larry Fitzgerald (duh), Darrelle Revis, and Rob Petitti. Fitz and Revis are no-brainers, but Petitti, from the New Jersey area, could be a bit of a homer pick. I thought of Jeff Otah tackle, who was a first-round NFL Draft Pick and a first-team All-Big East selection, but one of the voting criteria was that players had to be two-time All-Conference.

Biggest Pitt snub may have been Ruben Brown, who was a three-time All-Big East player. If the voting criteria included NFL careers (which it did not), he would have been a shoo in. Brown was a nine-time Pro Bowler and probably in that next fringe of players after Hall of Famers.

Miami, of course, led the way with eight players on the team. West Virginia, by way of comparison, also had three.

Here's the full team.
