Pitt Fourth In Preaseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll

PrintThe NCAA basketball preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll was released today and Pitt ranked fourth overall and first in the Big East.
This isn't a huge surprise as Pitt has been rated high all offseason. Still, whenever your team comes in this high, it makes you take notice.
Just another testament to Jamie Dixon for not only helping to build, but sustain it.
Duke received 29 of the 31 first-place votes and was No. 1 overall. Michigan State received the other two first-place votes and is second, followed by No. 3 Kansas State. All three teams have pretty challenging non-conference schedules, so expect some early season shuffling.
